This simple sculpture is the work of Claudio Tarragó and won a local contest summoned to beautify the gardens in Barcelona works were commissioned ten different sculptors. It was first put in the gardens of Doctor Serrat, in the district of Clot in January 1961, but after it started to degrade because of some mischief, happened very early in the Zoo.
