Front Vedruna School

A facade became Mediatrix to be returned to the front. This is the story of this wall that appeared to result in a collapse of the tiny square of the Angels a great place, with relatively broad access.

What is now a school had been a farmhouse, to the seventeenth century, occupied an institution known as the House of orphans. On the farm grew adosats and a wing (you can see the stairs to the sidewall) that crossed the street to Montalegre House of Mercy. So many centuries of use (house, orphanage and after school) and the extensions made to the interior of the building had changed completely.

In the images you can see the demolition as they were in sight two terraced with numerous openings, stairs ... brands that had become main facade. It is an operation that involves not only aesthetic and landscape, but also to adapt the space to a new function, in this case access to school.
