Personal mobility vehicles may not circulate on the sidewalk
Given the proliferation of electric scooters and wheels, segways and other personal mobility vehicles, Barcelona will have a pioneering measure to regulate traffic. An information campaign will soon be launched to publicize aspects such as the use of the helmet, the routes through which it can be driven, the speed or the minimum age to use this type of vehicle.
