Angel J. Baixeras

Àngel Josep Baixeras (Barcelona 1834-1892). In 1878 he presented to the Senate a bill to reform the inner cities. He helped draft the law of eminent domain in 1879. He presented a plan for internal reform that affected much of the old center of Barcelona and was approved in 1881.
