Allada-Vermell

Name consisting of the two streets have collected the disappearance of the block of houses that separated them. Allada: salsa or chopped garlic. The reason for the name, which already appears in documents of the fifteenth century is unknown. The -ada suffix suggests that <i> allada </ i> could be a field of garlic. Red: one version says that the name comes from the red substances used by the tanners established in the next ditch (rec) Comtal.
