Canonge Colom

Joan Colom (- 1229). Medieval ecclesiastical founder, in 1219, the Hospital de Colom, who, by joining in the year 1401 with other health care facilities, gave rise to the General Hospital of the Holy Cross. He was canon of the cathedral of Barcelona.
